"Fourscore....."

I like the recurring gag of Mayor Shinn trying to do the Gettysburg Address and getting thwarted at the July 4th proceedings, but I always found it out of left-field that he's *still* trying to do it in the scene at the end with the townspeople ready to have Hill lynched!
