This was probably my favorite song from this movie when I was a little girl, but listening to the song 20+ year later, I just realized how racy it was! LOL! I'm surprised my super over protective mother let my brother and I listen to it growing up.

Now I enjoy the song more because the lyrics are actually pretty deep.

That one was my FATHER's favorite song from The Music Man, he always said.

Once I grew up, I understood why.

"I prefer to take a chance...on a more adult romance."

The fast paced snappy patter of the song is another place where Robert Preston shines here; its almost as slippery on the tongue as "Trouble."
