Best Fight Scene of the 1960s!

I would nominate the scene in The Miracle Worker where Annie Sullivan (Anne Bancroft) is trying to teach Helen Keller (Patty Duke) how to use a spoon. They go ten rounds and wreck the dining room. Bancroft wins on points.

This is the only fight scene in all movie history where both contestants won an Oscar for the movie that contained the fight scene!
