Actually it's my dad that's looking for it. He saw a war movie in the early 60's and all he remembers is that it was set in the jungle, in Burma, and that someone got bitten by a snake. Could this be it? Please help!

This could be the one you're looking for, but I'm not positive. A Burmese girl is struck by some shrapnel, not a snake bite, and Ty Hardin takes care of the wound for her. I guess he could be remembering it wrong, but he's pretty sure about the snake though. Now I'll just have to find a copy of it, and I don't think it's on DVD where I live. But I'll keep my eyes open for it, because I'd like to see this no matter whether it's the one or not.
