What does Lolita whisper to Humbert in the hotel room?
When they are cuddling on the cot, what does she whisper to him? It has something to do with the games she played with boys at camp. I am going to guy the book to, hopefully, learn more.

It is also insinuated in the film she already had a thing with the film she had a thing with the dentist"she has some cavities to fill" the dentist was related to Quilty also Lolitas Mom had some connection to Quilty and he seemed to remember Lolita very fondly.
I will note the dentist was not mentioned in the book I believe.
