It looks kinescoped

I just finished watching the full screen version. It looks like it was projected unto a dirty wall and videotaped before being transferred to DVD. There was a dirty spot in the center during the whole movie the size of 1/4th of the screen.
If there is a wide screen version with better quality, get it. Otherwise, don't bother.
