Godzilla Vs King Kong Remake Confirmed!

Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures can not only envision a means to see the two movie monsters fight against each other but have hinted at the possibility of a collaboration between the two, though what opponent they will be facing remains to be seen, especially when considering the bad news now facing Pacific Rim Maelstrom.

I for one really want to see this happen. There's been a lot of debate over King Kong being Godzilla's size, and how unbelievable it would be. I never took these films seriously, so the idea of Kong being bigger than usual wouldn't bother me. But if he's going to remain small, he would be no match for Godzilla, much less be of any help against a common enemy.

Well, better late than never. 

When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness.

Thomas Tupper, the exec over at Legendary discussed the new picture like he came up with the idea and it had never been done before:

"As a lifelong fan of these characters, I’ve always wanted to see the ultimate showdown, and today we’re pleased to be announcing that and more.”

Do some research, Tupper. Buttwad.

I think they should make King Kong his original 50 foot size in the remake, and make Godzilla, his original 400 foot tall size.

It would be stealthy David and Goliath type battle where Kong would have to keep his distance and use his brain a lot more, and that would make it all the more challenging. What do you think?

I think Godzilla needs to defeat Kong decisively, once and for all!

They're still going to run into the mismatch problem: Godzilla's breath weapon. They'll have to change Kong somehow to make it an even fight, no matter how big he is. Think they'll go back to the 'electricity makes him stronger' device?

Everybody complains that Kong is too small to take on Godzilla but here's the solution.

Its revealed that certain radioactive elements in the Earth are what caused Godzilla and the other Kaiju to grow and its revealed that Skull island had a small amount of it that the Gorilla species on the island were exposed to it and they and Kong grew to a maximum of 50'.

But a descendent of his was exposed to a vaster quantity of it at childhood and resulted in the 200' foot behemoth that could fight Godzilla to a stand-still.

Does it really need to be explained? The original film doesn't bother to explain this and it doesn't matter.
