Did anyone see this in the theater and hear a song with that title? It's not in the reissue now. I have The Diamonds single for Hor. Lieutenant, and that flip side says it's from the movie too.
It's about Indians, and probably fit where they were meeting Indians selling trinkets or something.
I wasn't alive when this movie was released. I'll see if I can find the song "Vanishing American". It's probably on youtube or something.
