In DESPERATE need of a remake.... Ideas!

I have to say, I was a little disappointed with this and the Disney version (although Midler was VVG). I think this deserves an update.... What do we think of Catherine Zeta Jones as Mama Rose in a few years?

I love this so much, I've always liked any version. I just like different interpretations of it. Right now I like the Bernadette Peters one.
