Vastly entertaining

Unquestionably,one of Elvis'best...and funniest !

Here we see El's flair for the comedic:timing,inflection-jus'plain feel for it;

Strong cast and pretty fair compact tracs of 5 rollicking songs.Even the Boss Springsteen used 'FOLLOW THAT DREAM' in his early repertoire.

Story is original and Howard McNair is somethin'else.Unique as a comic per se.

Easy to watch often-breezy,kleen fun all the WAY

I agree. And it's very funny! One of my favorites.

...as fun and funny "Tickle Me" is,i'd rank FTD as even more so as you got an amazing supporting cast of some real fine veterans in McNear,Kruschen and OAKLAND.

But the Dad in the pic steals it away from everybody;and that is saying something when you have a strong performance from the King himself !

I agree with everything you said, I have to say too was probably Elvis' best movie. He was a lot better actor than people give him credit for also.

It is one of his best esp. from the comedic side;

darn good cast; good script to work from w\fine dialogue. Elvis indeed was a versatile actor and had this flair for comedy put to good use here in 1962 !
