That's actally Arch Hall Jr.'s voice, the director and one of the stars of the movie. You know, the cabbage patch doll looking guy.

The "Watch Out For Snakes" comments thrown throughout the MST3K version had me CRACKING UP everytime!!!! These guys are geniuses and only make me wish this show was back on. I know about Rifftrax, etc, but its not the same.
