Donald Pleasance, of course.

Donald Pleasence, but Telly Savalas comes very close.

Telly Savalas gave the best and most realistic performance but Pleasance is amazing also just for how badsh!t insane and over the top he was, he's definitely the most classic Blofeld.

Charles Gray was awful.
