Does Richard Attenborough have a false tip on his nose?

I was going to say something similar, that the old people make up in this film is really good. I suppose it helps that the film is in black & white. Normally "old person" make up is really bad, too overdone. Here it is perfect.

I'm watching this film now. I was intrigued by your comment and was sat waiting for him to appear on screen. I was surprised that he was already on screen and I had not recognised him due I assume to the extra tip on his nose and the rest of his make up. Good film.
