I just received Warner Archives latest release list. They released The Chapman Report on both DVD and Digital Download. It's not remastered or restored from the original VHS unfortunately but still good to finally have it :D.

The movie is not restored/remastered - its a lousy quality.
Honestly: I have seen other Warner Brothers Archive Collection DVD-R (or those from Columbia/Sony and MGM) they had been in a better quality.
Sorry, this ONE isn't acceptable. Its corny and and grainy through the whole movie.
The movie itself (inkl. Ty Hardin and the whole Cast, Story, score) is great.

the DVD is watchable but not really acceptable because the DVD-R's without subtitles and chapters are by far to expensive. In this in ages of HD.
Movie itself is good because my "darling" Ty Hardin is in. :-)
