Follow the Or man

in the final episode, the guys refer to Mark Richman as "the or man." For whatever reason, the french word "abattoir" is a popular synonym for slaughterhouse, so I assume they chose to use that word in an abbreviated way. Unless someone else has another explanation for what "the or man" meant.
