Did the FAA have anything to do w/ show's extinction?

I heard from some sources that the film makers kept a low profile to the FAA regarding the liberties they were taking in providing the stunts. As cutting edge as the show was for its time, I wouldn't be at all surprised. One of the stunts did involve a mid-air, & I remember seeing footage of it during some out-takes(in liue of previews) after the last episode I ever saw.

What I mean by extinction is not only are there no reruns left, there don't even seem to be any recordings of any episodes, & there seems to be a real blackout as to what happened. I wonder if some of the film-crews' liberties led to a string of legal actions that led to FAA seizures of the footage. I know that's a long shot, because that usually occurrs right away after an incident in question, & the 3 seasons of the show started when I was 3 yo, & I saw episodes of it while in grade school. That would mean the film was in studio posession long enough to do reruns. The possibility of film confiscation may have come as a court decision after a 4 or 5 year court battle. Or not.

If I'm wrong if I don't & wrong if I do, you're having your cake & eating it too.

The Rpicord team's mission is to perform stunts for a tv show called Paraventures. The conflict is all the stunts they're called upon to do, the impossible situations being depicted, & all the dramas that occurr in the process. I believe the RC stuntmen were connected w/ a team called Paraventures. They were called upon to do all kinds of weird scenerios. Some erupted into real emergencies, & in a very real way, the set became a Ripcord episode.

"Tommy! If they said to jump off a bridge, would you?" "NOT AGAIN!"
