"Lucy the Gun Moll" (1966, color), episode 4.25, is presented as a bonus feature on "The Untouchables" DVD, season one, vol 2. The guest stars in the Lucy episode are Robert Stack, Bruce Gordon and Steve London, all of whom were in "The Untouchables" (1959-63) series. Has anyone seen the Lucy ep? What's the plot? Is it funny?
shareI saw it, it was pretty good. It spoofs the Untouchables to an extent. Stack, Gordon and London all play characters similiar to the ones on the Untouchables, with different names. Lucy is asked to pose as the girlfriend of a mobster (whom she bears an uncanny resemblance to - Ball also played the girlfriend in the episode) recently released from jail, in the hopes that she will wriggle the location of his stolen money out of him.
shareI didn't know that Robert Stack was in that episode. He sounded so different from his "Unsolved Mysteries" voice.
