Bizarre "Goof" & Captian Spaulding

In Season 3, Episode 18, "Lucy And The Monsters", just after The Mummy puts Lucy and Vivian on the table to start the 'dehumanizer' (at 20:00 into the episode and before the final act), the camera rolls back to show the very prominent head of the director on the right side of the screen.

I had to stop the show and go back to it to make sure I saw what I saw, thinking it was a character. But clear as day, it is the director, wearing horn-rimmed glasses and a white shirt.

Amazing how they never caught that one and sent out the film as is.

Awesome, though, to see Sid Haig (Captain Spaulding in "House of a 1,000 Corpses" and "The Devil's Rejects") as the Mummy in this. Those eyes were as creepy back then.

Mr. Mooney's eyebrows lol.
