In the Harvey Birdman episode where they appear, they say they're from the year 2002.
I think that Harvey Birdman reference was a joke. I'm guessing it was about 100 years in the future from the date of the original cartoon. That would make it about 2062.

100 years from the original broadcast which would make it 2062. But if I remember correctly, some of the 1980s episodes changed it to the 23rd or 24th century.
Having flying cars and Space Needle buildings and robots and sophisticated appliances and conveyor belts and automatic doors and etc. is actually very possible by 2062.
But in the 1980s episodes they had tons of space aliens, which is probably why they moved the date.
