Who played Pretty-Boy?

I'm having a hard time figuring out who's who in the cast.

His name is Chris Robinson. He is listed pretty far down and is uncredited. Hope this helps.

As soon as Pretty Boy appeared I recognized him immediately as Rick Webber from General Hospital many many years ago.
