Sinatra Produced???

Awesome question. Late answer, but then, better late than never? The production company was Essex productions, which was a late 50s, early 60's Sinatra venture- producing "Pal Joey", up through "Robin and the 7 Hoods." Henry (Hank) Sanicola, was the producer of the film and Sinatra's first manager.
Sinatra continued his involvement in pictures at Warner Brothers, and became somewhat a protege of Jack Warner, even having offices at the studio.
Sinatra had a lifelong enthusiasm for aviation- owning several aircraft, including an early Lear jet- another story. So the connection, or nexus between this production and Sinatra makes a great deal of sense when one considers Sinatra was moving more, at this time, into behind the scenes management of movies.
