There's a deleted scene where Glen (Elvis Presley) sings "Lonely Man" in the garage - part of this scene was used in the trailer for the film.

heathentart is correct with his trivia, the song you asked about was deleted from the movie, but was used for the trailer, which is why you should never judge a movie by its trailer. Forget Me Never was the other song that was recored by Elvis but also deleted from the movie, and that song nevber appeared anywhere.
