Is this just on VHS with dubbed English voices? No DVD not even a bootleg ? Anybody know?

You can get the French release on DVD but there are no subtitles nor is there any dubbing. Strkes me as strange it lacks subtitles since the movie rights appear to be owned by Turner and there are screen statements (e.g., "Three years later," newspaper headlines, etc.) which are in English and are subtitled in French.
