Deja Vue for sure. I'm out in a rural area and get a channel called "Antenna TV" that shows old movies in the mornings. Earlier this week I saw Rock Around the Clock. This morning Twist Around the Clock was showing. The plot as mentioned is the same with minor charcter differences. Some of the script or dialogue is exactly the same. I guess it made the movie cheaper to make. It is almost worth watching the two to see how they compare.

Rock Around The Clock just aired on TCM followed by this one... the dialogue, so far, is pretty much identical... all the way down to the strawberries and the kiss.

Kinda bogus.

I'm watching these films for the music, not for the dialogue. I'm not expecting any great plots here.
