I haven't seen this Tintin movie now for the past 20 years on TV - is there a VHS or DVD copy of this movie lying around?

There should be becuase some of the early belevision films have been realeased i would say maybe in 2007 or 2008 becuase they realease everything else on dvd so why knot that

Theres copys of both live action films available on ebay. But they are from finland or sewden. They are region 2 which is good for people in region 2 places but unless you can understand French or swedish or finish subtitles then you wont want it as its in French and theres no English subtitles. I was so annoyed about this. They should release a version with dubbed English and original french and lots of different subtitled languages on a disc version. Dang and Blast!!!

I have seen copied DVDs available in Vietnam. Beyond that, I'd try eBay.

It's on BBC2 right now! I had no idea these films existed. It's pretty good. Very true to the books (though this story wasn't a book, of course).

Just caught the tail end , wonder if it will be on BBC iPLAYER ? Quality was decent and in english. This should be officially released on dvd. EDIT - JUST CHECKED , IT IS AVALIABLE on dvd at Amazon uk and with the English dub as a extra !

I watched it all and enjoyed it a lot. Great little film. Loved Milou!

I didn't know this had been on BBC2 before. Just saw it for the first time this morning. I wouldn't mind this one on DVD myself.

Fantastic movie, i bought it and the oranges one from amazon this morning.
