Comet TV is one of those TV cable channels that primarily shows "oldies" programming. They have access to old MGM titles in the horror/sci-fi/fantasy categories.

Comet is scheduled to air THE MINOTAUR on May 14, 2016. To the best of my knowledge, this will be the film's first airing since a long-ago telecast on TNT that occurred in the early-mid 1990's.

It probably won't appear in widescreen, and there will be the usual station logos and commercial breaks. However, this film is pretty hard to find in good quality. Generally, Comet's prints are struck from the best film elements that MGM has in its vault.

Also watching this movie right now for the very first time ever
on the COMET Channel
( really am liking this channel so far discovered it a few months ago too )   .

It's a good movie so far and not bad on the overdub of the voices too
( very impressive Italian film for it's time IMPO  )  .
