I can't remember any scene from the movie where martin talks to minus. Maybe minus represents the God, the spider. Your thoughts, please????

I watched it, read your comment and skipped through it again.
Martin speaks to Minus directly only once when he tells him to fetch his medicine bag after they find Karin in the wreck.
His last line "Papa spoke to me" does give that impression but it would be hard to imagine the play taking place at all if he was only a figment of papa and Karins imagination
