I have seen The Silence from the "trilogy" but i didn't like it.

I thought this was somewhat easier than The Silence, but it's still no popcorn movie. You might not like it, but I'd say give it a shot.
shareI loved "Trough a glass darkly" and "Winter light" but disliked "The Silence". I think "The Silence" demands something else of the viewer, so I'd say you should give this a shot. "Trough a glass darkly" is intense and sad, and if you have liked any Bergman movie before it probably won't leave you untouched.

shareI finally got around to watching this film. I wouldn't recommend it as one of Bergman's best. It has its elements of surrealism, as do all of his films, but this one lacks the intrigue that you find in films like Wild Strawberries and The Seventh Seal.
