This was the 2nd of 3 highly succesful pairings by WB of Mr. Donahue and Ms. Stevens...Parrish, Susan Slade and lastly Palm Springs Weekend. There was to be a 4th Two On A Guillotine but Troy Donahue refused the role and was put on suspension..no pay..( replaced by Dean Jones)

shareI remember a movie Troy did with I think Joey Heatherton called "My Blood Runs Cold". I have always liked him, even though I can see now how wooden acting he was. He was pretty good in "Parrish".

I'd always heard of him but had never seen him or any of his movies. When I finally did, I didn't understand the appeal. He may be a great guy; I don't know, but, for me, he lacks sex appeal.
