TED CARTER - RICH??????
In the original movie, there is a scene in which Ted tells Sernea that Mr. Rossi is going to help him get a scholarship to go to college so that he can eventually become a lawyer. The reason that he needs the scholarship is because his dad doesn't earn enough money as a foreman to pay for Ted's college education. THEN, in the sequel, Ted comes home with his new wife to a very expensive house and a very wealthy mother. Didn't the sequel's scriptwrtiter(s) pay any attention to details from the original film?
