First off I want to say that this movie is excellent. Sidney Poitier was amazing in this movie as well as the rest of the cast. I do need help translating one part of the movie. The part after Asagai talks to her and Sidney comes out of the bedroom, and Beneatha starts the scene out, "Yes just look what the New World hath wrought!" What does she say shortly after this? I have the DVD and it doesn't give a translation for this part. If anyone knows the english translation and can give whatever language that is she speaks, both would be appreciated.

Beneatha's line in the script is "Yes, just look at what the New World hath wrought... Just look! There he is! Monsieur le petit bourgeois noir - himself!"

Basically she's calling him, a small bourgy black man. Although, the literal french translation word for word is: Mister small middle class black.
