Newcastle - a GREAT City to set movies in.

Have just ordered the DVD of this from Amazon, having seen it many years ago and admired the storyline and the acting, along with the great 'City-location' of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Newcastle has been 'the star' of a fair few movies, but this one is the oldest one (1961) that I can remember - unless anyone can correct me?
