Are there deleted scenes?
first: at least the DVD cover-art shows a scene, that's NOT in the film. (Promoshoot perhaps?)
2nd: runtime DVD is 102 minutes (despite 4% PAL speed-up), the IMDB says UK 94 min. and Germany 105 minutes.

Can anyone provide any information on the uncut version of this film which originally ran for 117 Min, now cut to 102 Min,Has anyone seen the original version?.

Running times! a hobby horse of mine, I have a thing about wanting to see the film in it's original intended condition, is that too much to ask?
One problem is that it's not always obvious what that original running time is, the BBFC site is useful for UK films, but not foolproof, your link above appears not to function, try this...

It's listed as a submitted time of 117m 47s, but it was cut to obtain an 'A' cert, it is listed in the June-61 issue of Monthly Film Bulletin as 9450ft 105m, I would be amazed if they had to remove pushing 13m of film to get a certificate, so unless someone knows differently, I would assume the BBFC info is incorrect.
