Who plays Scout Trooper Stafford in the dining hall?

Who plays "Trooper Stafford"? The boy who accompanies Chief Eaglewood to the dining room where the girls are eating. When they announce the dance, he says, "Camp Thunderhead accepts your invitation and thanks you." He is also the boy who dances with Susan: "Wilfred". Anybody know who he is?
