For me, that part has gotta be where Horace and Jasper are searching for the puppies, and just as Jasper is about to find them, Sgt. Tibbs goes "AAAAAAYYOOWWRRR!!!" and jumps in Jasper's face. I always get a kick out of that.
What's your favorite part of this film?
So hard to choose, since the movie's so well done all the way through.
I guess the two scenes that stick with me the most when not watching the movie are Pongo's giddiness over becoming a father 15 times over,
and the colonel, specifically his line "15 spotted puddles stolen? Oh, Balderdash!"

Don't shop at Wal-Mart.
The Twilight Bark was pretty cool.
