I bought the Spanish Blu Ray From Amazon Spain. It may be a BD-R mod instead of the Twilight Time pressed disc, but it is a lot cheaper. It's currently listed at 12.95 Euro minus shipping, but they discount the 20% Vat Tax when shipping out of the Euro zone. The audio is in Spanish or English and you need a region free player. I bundled several other blu ray purchases to keep the postage costs down.
I also found region 2 blu rays that aren't available in Region 1. Like Jungle book 1942, , The Thief of Bagdad 1940, The Prize 1963 and quite a few more.
