-handedness?

Does anyone know if Guy Rolfe was right- or left-handed? I know that probably ranks up there as one of the weirdest questions ever asked, and least relevant to anything, but it's actually bugging me not knowing. See, I noticed several times when Sardonicus seemed to naturally do things left-handed (hammering nails into the coffin, holding a quill right before finding out about his father's winning ticket, unlocking doors, pouring drinks, writing "begone"), but when writing the letter to divorce Maude, he's right-handed.

Perhaps he was born ambidextrous (equally skilled with both hands). Or perhaps he was left-handed by birth, but was forcefully trained to write with his right one as well when he was a child. Some people would do that to their left-handed kids back in the day.

I'm here, Mr. Man, I cannot tell no lie and I'll be right here till the day I die

Back in the day, when students started to write left-handed, the teachers forced them to write right-handed. So, an adult might be naturally left-handed with everything except writing.
