Krull was an excellent employee.

Up until the final scene, Krull was a pretty damn good employee. I'm sure it's rather difficult to find someone willing to torture and kill for you. Not to mention the fact he's more or less cool about being disfigured and blinded in one eye, as well. Say what you will about the man, but Krull was definitely worth every penny Sardonicus was paying him.

The hours were tough, but he got a great benefits package.

when the baron says "Krull do this thing" he does the thing, whatever that thing may be.

reply

Dang, I forgot about that. My appreciation of Krull just doubled. When you think about it, that's the kind of thing you put on your resume that'll almost guarantee you get the job.

No- it's not so difficult to find someone willing to torture and kill for you. Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot et al. didn't seem to have any problem recruiting that type of employee.

reply

Keep in mind, he was blinded in one eye by his boss...and he kept working for him !

Those were the days! sigh...

Krull is reading this thread right now , muttering to himself "I'm supposed to get paid???"
