How To Influence A DVD Release

Well.......

Guess I am asking----Not informing!! How does one go about sending a signal to the studios that we want a certain film - in this case Mothra - to be released on DVD? Maybe someone knows of an alternate source for a quality DVD copy of this marvelous film.
