Anita Ekberg's nude swim

Since I am a big Ekberg fan, and have heard the 10 minute longer European version has more of that topless scene of the heroine being whipped, I was wondering about that other scene of Anita's that seems to be way too short: her nude swim in the river. The US version seems to cut away just as Anita's nipples were about to break the surface. Was there more seen in the European version?
