For 1961 this film was pretty sexy, with scenes in the Harem, women nude in the pool, Aladdin's girl friend (the very hot at the time Noëlle Adam) hanging naked
while the Grand Vizier tortures her. Great lines i.e. "Wheres that nice naked girl I had hanging here?" The film took a lot of flax from reviewers back then.

Me to vpilutis. The last time I saw this movie was on KTLA channel 5 back in the 1980s; you had to stay up watchin 'movies till dawn' if you remember back in the day. I miss those days vs the rubbish that is being forced on us today (althought once in a while there is an exception to the rule).
shareIn 1960 there was a (I think a Danish) circus film that had a bit where a sharpshooter was shooting a dancer's costume off but all you saw was her bare back
she still wore her bottom.
However later on there's a scene where the chorus line came in to the dressing rm and the end one's breasts were in full view long enough.
Yrs later in 1967 I was stationed in INDIANA I was doing CQ runner and this feature was on late night with the scene(s) intact

I saw this in theaters when it was first released. I was a rather young child, but those racier aspects must have made an impression on me as I remember some of them to this day.
It was rollicking good fun for me as a kid. I don't think I've seen it since. I suspect if I were to see it today I'd probably be bored.
I forget what month of the year it came out so I was still 13 or already 14 (My birthday is late May) So I understood I could enjoy such things.
