AMC Print of 'The Mask'

It's been atleast 10 years ago now, but I recorded an airing of "The Mask" off of AMC when it was doing its annual Halloween fright film fest (back when the movies they showed actually qualified as being classics) and noticed that it contained some minor additional scenes not included on a TV broadcast (that was presented in 3-D, no less) that I'd recorded from the mid '80s. Unfortunately, I lost the tape I'd recorded the AMC broadcast of the film on and bought a copy of the Rhino VHS release of the film, hoping that not only would the film be presented in 3-D but that it would also include the additional scenes from the AMC broadcast. While Rhino's edition was presented in 3-D, it unfortunately did not contain the additional scenes. Does anyone else here remember catching AMC's broadcast of "The Mask", and if so do they know why that broadcast contained the additional scenes that it did and (even better) would anyone here have access to a copy of that print? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Watching the new dvd I was also thinking there was footage missing.
Like when the doc goes to retrieve the mask from the museum...
Anybody got anymore info on this?
