Scene in the Nightclub / Danceline

I found the highlight of this film to be the scene in the bar where the dance line of about two dozen scantily (for 1961) clad young (20s) Japanese ladies were shaking their money makers - naturally hairless legs (no dangerous/gross prickly stubble), pure heaven! I found it amusing that all of the girls had dyed their hair with light brown highlights, surely to attract Joe!

That being said there was also some authentic scenery from the Japanese countryside that almost made this movie bearable. If you ever get there be sure to spend a good portion of your time outside of the major cities, you will not regret it.
