Really Enjoyed This!

I had heard of it before & recall that when it came out I was in high school and intended to see it, but never made it. I don't know how often it played on TV after that but I just don't recall ever seeing it there or else I likely would have watched it then. Just saw it on TCM and absolutely loved it. What a beautiful, gentle film that taught a lot. Great cast and supporting cast. I was able to transcend the fact that the leads should have been played by others more suited to the roles, but thought both Rosalind Russell and particularly Alec Guiness did memorable work and immediately became very involved in the characters they portrayed.
