This is a very good movie as is but i read that that Oliver and Brando where considered for the Lancaster and Schell roles. They where good but it would have been great to see Spencer Tracey, Marlon Brando, and Laurence Oliver on screen together. What do you think?
shareIm sure they would have been good but Ithink Schell and Lancaster were two of the best in the cast and I wouldnt recast either of them.

Olivier and Brando would have been good in the roles. But it is hard to imagine they would have been better than Lancaster and Schell.
