who would win?

I'd say Gorgo would win the fight vs. Konga. The mother Gorgo was immense, much larger than Konga ended up becoming.

Yeah, but suppose Konga kept growing to Gorgo's size? Then, who would win?

Considering that Konga was eventually killed by the military, while Gorgo's mother was unaffected by all the bullets, rockets and missiles fired at her, I'd say she's by far the strongest of the two, and would probably win any fight.
