***SPOILER***** The final scene

I remember very vividly the final scene of this movie (I saw it when I was a kid - and actually, I remembered the ending but not the title of this movie until a kind member of imdb didn't help me find the title). Anyway, the final scene stayed with me all this time.

In the last scene, if I'm not mistaken, Ingrid Bergman is sitting in front of the mirror and puts on some cream with an air of resignation, because she is going to accept her husband's cheating. At that time, I felt so sorry and angry for her, and I thought it inconceivable to think that someone could accept cheating without rebelling.
