Alberto Sordi is trying to convince the kid to go to America by showing him pictures of the family that bought him and their nice house. He says they have nice black servants and monkeys that swing from tree to tree.

"The Williams. They're very caring"

Probably the one who made the english subtitles, is the one who made this racist comment.
I only speak a few words in italian but I'm sure that this is not what Alberto Sordi said. It's too bad people think that Vittorio De Sica is responsible for this.
