Rozsa and Turina

Did Rozsa drew inspiration from the works of Joaquin Turina? Much of the music resembles Turina pieces such as the Fantastic Dances.

Rozsa did say that he listened to a lot of Spanish music before composing the music for the movie.

He concentrated on the music scores of medieval Spain, which he found in the Escorial library.

Maybe Turina also based his music on the same research.

The music for this movie is fantastic and does sound very Spanish, and Rozsa isn't even Spanish or southern European but Hungarian!
