Does anybody know if there was ever a commercially released version of the title song? I'd love to hear a full version of it.

Three versions were recorded. Two versions were unreleased until a Bear Family Records box set was released about twenty years ago.

Is the exact version that is in the movie in that box set?
It has a weird structure. It is like a lot of Cash songs, but then goes into a long instrumental where the key gets higher and higher. It also says it features a guitar player that's not Luther Perkins. The changing key is something Johnny liked. 5 Feet Rising (or whatever it's called) is one.
